Unlike traditional antacids that work primarily by neutralising stomach acid, Gaviscon Advance forms a strong protective raft on top of the stomach contents. Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Chew 1–2 tablets thoroughly after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Great company with excellent response time for any questions regarding shipping or products. The tablets are convenient but they are sticky so you do need to brush your teeth shortly after to save your teeth. Otherwise an effective product with excellent service from the pharmacy.

Before bed I chew 1-2 and it helps to keep the reflux down. It does not last all night, but it’s a good help anyway.
