Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait) is a plant with small red berries, native to North America. Grows naturally in peat bogs, mountain forests, mosses and sandy meadows.
Heather (Calluna vulgaris (L.) Hull). Widespread in Europe. Its pretty mauve flowers brighten up the sea cliffs in late summer. Herbal medicine is using its blossoms for an improved water elimination, thus contributing to a proper urinary system functioning.
